Residential Consultation - Per Room
In our time together, we'll examine the factors impacting your selected spaces in fine detail to uncover the best solutions and ideas. As part of this process, we assess the layout, colors, materials, furniture, and essential factors like air, light, sound, and room function.
$150 initial consultation fee
+ $200 per standard-sized room.
Typical consultations take about two hours for three rooms.
Additional travel fees for in-person meetings outside the Oakland/Berkeley area may apply.
Virtual consultations are available upon request.
Business Consultation - Per Square Foot
Are you seeking ways to maximize your small business's impact and results? During this assessment, we will identify challenging areas to strengthen and enhance. Then, with your intentions in mind, we will make decisive adjustments to foster a productive, inspiring, and prosperous business.
$150 initial consultation fee
+ $1 per Square foot for the area to be addressed.
Additional travel fees for in-person meetings outside the Oakland/Berkeley area may apply.

+ $150 additional fee for clients without a consultation.

- Hard surface materials like counters, flooring, tile, or cabinetry
- Wall paint, texture, or wall coverings
- Soft goods like bedding, window coverings, or rugs
- Furniture pieces
- Artwork, decor, and plant displays
What you get:
- Report with three hand-picked options
- Purchase details
- Specifications
- Up to three revisions are available.
- Physical material samples are ordered when required.
- There is a $50 additional charge per digital rendering when needed.
Packages for multiple item selections are available upon request or included in a custom VIP Consultation & Design Support package.
