The terms and conditions outlined below apply to Illumine Terra’s Website.

RATES

Illumine Terra’s Website and/or documentation may change without notice. Once a booking has been confirmed, Illumine Terra will not alter rates applicable to consultations or services (subject to changes in legislation or errors). All prices are quoted and payable in American Dollars.

CHARGES AND PAYMENT 

The balance is due when the client signs the contract agreement Unless special arrangements have been made with the Illumine Terra Consultant. In addition, the Client will be charged a $15 fee for returned cheques.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Once the contract has been signed, and payment received, services cannot be refunded. However, postponement of services is permitted within one calendar year of the signed contract. 

LIABILITY 

Illumine Terra’s services are not therapy or mental health care. The Consultant’s services are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, counseling, or health care. Illumine Terra makes no guarantee or warranty of any result from the recommendations offered.

REVISIONS

Any revisions to the services above will be made official by completing a change order form. Verbal agreements will not be considered binding.
